Talentuch is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our agency and manage recruiting for technical and non-technical roles serving our international clients. You will be at the forefront of sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while continuously improving our processes in a target-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Recruit for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Interact with potential candidates and leads on social media and professional networks.
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit, writing summaries after each interview.
- Submit candidates to hiring managers and create a positive candidate experience.
- Track the progress of submissions and keep clients informed about recruitment statistics and candidate status.
- Proactively facilitate the placement of available candidates into open jobs for Talentuch clients.
- Drive continuous improvements to our candidates’ interview experience.
- Identify issues in the recruitment process and suggest management solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a recruiting role.
- Ability to 'sell' vacancies and the company as a whole during the recruiting process.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills: English is a must.
- Presentable appearance and work environment for conducting video interviews.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
