Solventum is hiring an IT Quality & Testing Specialist to support our ERP and applications teams. You will provide process and tool support for Testing Management and coordinate Computer Systems Validation activities, ensuring our solutions deliver smarter, safer healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Provide process and tool support to various ERP and Applications teams for Testing Management.
- Support IT Quality and Testing activities for the ERP Program, working with partners and other functional teams.
- Help coordinate Computer Systems Validation activities across the company.
- Act as the single point of contact for Testing and Quality tools.
- Write specifications, test coding, and support the implementation of applications while working under general supervision.
- Analyze and monitor network performance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university.
- 2+ years of experience in IT Quality, Computer Systems Validation, or IT Testing.
- 3+ years of experience in large scale IT Organizations.
- Ability to work through ambiguity in a highly visible and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Robust background in modern technical processes and methodologies.
- Willingness to be on-call.
Nice to Have
- Experience in diverse multi-national environments.
- Experience in the Healthcare Industry.
- Experience with QTest and JIRA platforms.
