Nagarro is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (Salesforce) to lead complex Salesforce initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving solution resources, ensuring governance, and leading project execution across technology platforms while aligning business stakeholders and supporting change management.

What You'll Do

Drive solution resources and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and lead the execution of the project plan, coordinating across various technology platforms.
Oversee project activities to ensure timelines are met and risks/issues are mitigated.
Report progress, risks, and decisions to the program manager.
Act as the primary liaison between business/zone stakeholders and the project team.
Confirm and onboard the project team before kickoff, clarifying roles and responsibilities.
Collaborate with BRMs and business stakeholders to ensure timely requirement gathering and alignment with project goals.
Support the local business team during UAT, ensure sign-off, and manage issue resolution cadence.
Coordinate with release managers to align release schedules with project timelines.
Assist with cutover activities and ensure digital team plans are well documented.
Facilitate understanding of deployment impacts and support training efforts.
Enable smooth adoption through change management and post-deployment follow-up.
Track project progress against business requirements and report status and risks.
Collect post-deployment feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Foster close cooperation across all roles and functions.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager specializing in Salesforce projects.
Strong ability to build project plans, coordinate cross-platform, and manage governance.
Expertise in stakeholder management, reporting, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
Experience leading requirement gathering, UAT support, and cutover activities.
Demonstrated skill in change management, training support, and post-deployment follow-up.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to act as a primary liaison.
