WatchGuard Technologies, Inc. is looking for an IT Project Manager to oversee and drive key technology projects. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Manage cross-functional project teams and coordinate activities between departments
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and meet business requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Experience with project management software tools
