Kiwee is hiring an IT Project Manager on a 1-year contract to ensure the smooth delivery of ongoing client projects. You will act as a strong project lead and agile facilitator. For the right candidate, there is a clear possibility to transition into a permanent Account Specialist or Account Manager role after the contract period.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a servant leader for the team and organization, supporting collaboration, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Act as an Agile Facilitator in Kanban and Scrum projects.
- Educate the team and clients about agile methodologies and encourage best practices.
- Share knowledge about the agile approach externally.
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, timelines, resource allocation, and tasks.
- Manage budgeting and cost control to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Effectively link the development team and client, leveraging an understanding of software development and digital products.
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in adaptive, hybrid, and predictive approaches for software development.
- Ability to develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, timelines, resource allocation, and tasks.
- Understanding of budgeting and cost control.
- Deep knowledge of agile methodologies like Kanban and Scrum.
- Understand software development and digital products to link development team and client effectively.
- Can express yourself clearly in written and verbal form.
- At least 4 years of experience in onboarding, building relations, and supporting international, multicultural teams of developers and stakeholders for agile software projects.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills.
- Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Experience working in a software company.
- Fluent English (C1, C2, or native speaker). Polish is not a requirement.
- Based in CET (±1) timezone.
- Open to about 2 weeks of travel per year to Wrocław or clients across Europe.
Nice to Have
- Have a PMP certificate.
- Speak German at B2 level or higher.
- Are an independent, positive person who likes to help people grow.
- Have experience in eCommerce projects.
- Have heard of or implemented the deep work concept.
