blue-power-IT is looking for an IT Professional (m|w|d) to join our team. You will translate customer requirements into effective IT solutions by combining different technologies for optimal workflows. This role involves taking on project responsibility and working independently within a team that values honesty, open communication, and a down-to-earth approach, firmly rooted in the Niederrhein region.

What You'll Do

Take on project responsibility and work independently within projects and IT service for customers.
Lead migration, integration, and restructuring projects involving Windows-Server, Exchange, and M365.
Develop and implement virtualization environments with VMware.
Design and implement network structures, including firewall and VPN solutions.
Conduct needs assessments and provide IT consulting for customers.
Provide personal user support both remotely and on-site at customer locations.
Help shape the company's product portfolio through collaboration.
Engage in plenty of teamwork and direct customer contact.

What We're Looking For

A completed vocational training (e.g., as a Fachinformatiker) or a university degree in computer science.
Several years of professional experience in IT.
A valid Class B driver's license.
