Public Cloud Group is hiring a Senior Azure Engineer (m/w/d) to act as a technical leader and consultant for customer cloud transformations to Microsoft Azure. You will be instrumental in designing scalable migration strategies, implementing automation, and guiding projects from concept to operational handover.

What You'll Do

• Consult customers throughout their cloud transformation journey to Microsoft Azure, guiding them through all project phases.
• Develop scalable concepts for Azure migrations, define technical roadmaps, and coordinate stakeholders.
• Expand and optimize Azure cloud architectures and services, integrating DevOps and security solutions.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code, automate processes, and implement best practices.
• Take technical leadership during migrations to Azure and ensure quality assurance within agile teams.
• Support integration into Managed Cloud Operations and ensure seamless operational handover.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in IT project business.
• Experience in stakeholder management using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to advise customers in German.
• Solid project experience with Azure Services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Ability to quickly understand complex technical contexts and derive precise solution steps, including data analysis with tools like DataDog.

Nice to Have

• Relevant Azure certifications.
