Ontrac is hiring an IT Procurement Lead to drive cost efficiency and competitive sourcing strategies aligned with our business objectives. This strategic role focuses on analyzing supplier markets, cost structures, and sourcing trends to develop and execute effective procurement plans.
What You'll Do
- Analyze supply markets by conducting supplier and market research to assess cost drivers, capacity, performance, and sourcing trends.
- Develop data-driven insights by maintaining historical supplier performance and cost data, translating sourcing effectiveness into actionable reporting for leadership.
- Enable informed decision-making by creating dashboards, reports, and tools that turn complex supply-market data into clear business insights.
- Optimize sourcing outcomes by analyzing total cost of ownership, supplier capabilities, and organizational demand to strengthen competitiveness.
- Recommend sourcing strategies, advising on sourcing approaches, contract structures, negotiation tactics, and supplier-specific cost-reduction opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost data, market dynamics, and demand patterns.
- Proficiency with standard office software and purchasing technologies.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.

- Compensation range of $105,000 to $110,000 per year.
