Keyrock is looking for an IT Operations Specialist Junior to join our team. This role is for an aspiring specialist who wants hands-on experience providing IT support in a fast-paced environment that embraces new technologies. You will assist in provisioning, managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining company-issued equipment while acting as an internal IT helpdesk.
What You'll Do
- Assist in provisioning, managing, troubleshooting and maintaining new and existing company-issued equipment.
- Act as an internal IT helpdesk/support desk for a combination of in-person Brussels-based equipment and worldwide remote equipment.
- Assist in automating repetitive or low-complexity tasks.
- Provide first level of contact (Tier L1) in person or by chat or email.
- Identify issues and redirect to appropriate team member to solve them.
- Create or maintain documentation related to projects or procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Recently graduated BSc Computer Science, Systems and Network Administration, or related fields.
- Comfortable with a combination of desktop MacOS and Linux.
- Familiarity with bash, as well as a willingness to learn on the job.
- General interest in any combination of networking, consumer computing and the cryptocurrency landscape.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Good level of English at least B2.
- Experience in managing large fleet of devices in several locations.
- Knowledge of MDM systems.
- Basic knowledge of IdP and IAM systems.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Candidate must be based in Brussels or close vicinity that enables regular physical presence in our office.
Nice to Have
- Certifications about Apple environment, Okta, Google or MDM systems are a plus.
