Ashby is hiring its first dedicated IT Manager to be the primary contact for all things IT and continue our foundational IT buildout. You will be responsible for both user-facing support and backend systems work, managing IT independently with guidance from leadership.
What You'll Do
- Be the primary contact for all things IT.
- Continue the foundational IT buildout at Ashby.
- Perform user-facing support.
- Work on backend systems.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Experience scaling and managing an IT team at a fast-growing startup.
- Experience building foundational IT systems and processes that enabled a company to successfully scale.
- Proven ability to support and improve IT operations in a remote environment.
- Familiar with working and troubleshooting in an international remote environment.
Technical Stack
- Okta SAML, SCIM (ideally Okta Workflows)
- Kandji or similar MDM
- Apple Mac best practices
- Google Workspace
Team & Environment
You will be the first IT hire, reporting to Frank, the Head of Security & IT.
