Love's Travel Stops is seeking an IT Help Desk - Automations Engineer Intern for a college internship program. You will gain professional corporate experience by designing, building, and optimizing automation solutions that enhance customer experience and drive operational performance. This is a hands-on role with a family-owned company known for its inclusive culture and community focus.
What You'll Do
- Assist in designing, developing, and deploying contact center automations.
- Build and maintain scripts, integrations, or APIs supporting automation projects.
- Support the configuration and optimization of cloud-based contact center platforms.
- Analyze call flow data, agent performance, and automation efficacy to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations, workforce management, and IT teams.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and validating automations.
- Document workflows, technical processes, and solution design.
- Help track and report on automation KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Currently enrolled in a four-year university program, a sophomore level or above.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, and/or equivalent degree.
