Triathlon Group is hiring an IT Engineer (m/w/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving diverse technical issues, administering internal IT platforms and equipment, and ensuring smooth IT service delivery to support our business operations.
What You'll Do
- Walk colleagues through steps to help them resolve technical issues, both onsite and remote.
- Resolve technical issues directly, providing onsite and remote support.
- Manage user provisioning and access control.
- Collect and document all business requirements for IT systems.
- Maintain relationships with counterparts and stakeholders through effective communication.
- Maintain control of project status through proactive change management.
- Administer internal platforms and IT equipment.
- Provide regular and accurate reporting.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of working experience as an IT engineer in a relevant industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.
- ITIL and service management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Office 365, DNS, Windows 11.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, specifically VMware.
- Knowledge of network equipment and the ability to monitor and manage network performance and integrity.
- Excellent team player and motivator with multinational experience.
- Fluency in both German and English.
Nice to Have
- Professional certification will be a plus.
