The IT Director will serve as the first and only IT leader at a rapidly expanding remote staffing agency, tasked with creating and overseeing the complete technology environment. This role has full responsibility for choosing and deploying essential systems such as the ATS and CRM, integrating AI-driven automation into internal processes, and establishing the groundwork for scalable IT infrastructure and future team expansion.
Responsibilities
- Select, deploy, and oversee the company's ATS and CRM platforms from the ground up
- Design and automate internal workflows using AI and automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Oversee all SaaS applications, system integrations, and remote IT infrastructure
- Provide strategic technology guidance to leadership as the organization scales
- Establish the operational and structural foundation for a future IT team
- Handle systems administration duties across the technology stack
Requirements
- Minimum of six years of professional IT experience
- At least three years in an IT management or head of technology position
- Direct experience in selecting or implementing an ATS and CRM system
- Proficient with AI technologies and automation platforms
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Background in staffing, recruiting, or remote-first organizations is highly advantageous
- Prior experience in talent operations or recruitment functions
- Familiarity with tools such as Zoho, Workable, or Slack workflows
- Experience configuring dashboards or analytics systems
- Proven ability to scale technology systems alongside team growth
