Medialine AG is looking for an IT Consultant Infrastructure (DELL/EMC) (m/w/d) to take responsibility for the conception and implementation of critical infrastructure projects. You will focus on storage, virtualization, and backup solutions, supporting customers in their selection, implementation, and operation phases.
What You'll Do
- Conceive and implement infrastructure projects in storage, virtualization, and backup, both remotely and on-site at customer locations.
- Support customers in selecting, introducing, and operating data center infrastructure and private and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Assist sales staff by delivering technical presentations and participating in customer workshops.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in IT or comparable professional training.
- Solid knowledge in specifying and designing storage solutions, specifically DELL/EMC.
- Very good knowledge in virtualization (VMWare) and backup (Veeam).
- Proven experience implementing infrastructure projects.
- Certification(s) in the DELL/EMC area, such as vxRail or Unity.
- Project experience with enterprise and data center networking solutions.
- Secure command of common network standards, including switching and routing.
- Confident demeanor, independence, and strong teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and a willingness to travel.
- Excellent German skills in word and writing, plus good English skills.
