Metergy Solutions is looking for an IT Client Support Analyst for a Fall Term Co-op position. In this role, you will provide direct technical support to our clients and work from our office in Markham, Ontario.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Document support requests and maintain clear communication with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a co-op program for Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Markham, Ontario

This position requires you to work on-site at our office in Markham, Ontario, Canada.
