Work closely with Product Managers and technical teams to gather, analyze, and convert business requirements into clear technical specifications. Play a key role in advancing innovation across diverse areas such as renewable energy, aviation, shipping, and cyber risk within data-driven risk assessment initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collect and evaluate business requirements in partnership with Product Managers
- Bridge business and technical domains by converting complex business concepts into understandable technical terms and vice versa
- Develop precise, unambiguous, and verifiable requirements and acceptance criteria that are complete and consistent
- Improve user experience and operational efficiency by designing and refining user journeys
- Enable effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Establish measurable metrics to monitor user adoption and assess business outcomes
- Communicate technical progress and developments to non-technical business audiences
Requirements
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and software quality assurance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and adjust priorities as business goals change
- Experience delivering application demonstrations and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with agile development practices such as Scrum and collaboration tools including Azure DevOps and Confluence
Nice to Have
- Degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics
- Prior experience in the reinsurance or insurance industry
- Hands-on involvement with software quality assurance methods, tools, and processes
- Understanding of data analytics and data visualization techniques
- Experience applying process improvement methodologies

Compensation
Base salary range from EUR 2,200 to EUR 3,700 per month for a full-time position in Slovakia. Performance-based variable compensation is included. Equity details are not provided.
