Responsibilities
- Perform incident triage and diagnostics
- Execute root cause analysis to classify incidents
- Act as the escalation point between Level 1 support and Level 3 (external vendor)
- Perform root cause analysis across infrastructure, application, integration, process, and data layers
- Escalation ownership
- Maintain accurate ITSM documentation (ServiceNow onboarding planned)
- Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes
