Responsibilities
- Drive the configuration and deployment of Kinaxis modules, including S&OP, Demand, Supply, Inventory and Scheduling.
- Customize Kinaxis functionalities such as hierarchies, alert rules, dashboards and user settings to fit each client’s planning processes.
- Analyze and improve planning workflows to identify gaps and define more effective future state processes.
- Facilitate workshops and work closely with client stakeholders to translate business needs into clear process and system requirements.
- Develop functional specifications and process documentation that align with project goals.
- Collaborate with business teams and technical teams to test Kinaxis solutions end to end.
- Support user training, knowledge transfer and change adoption to ensure clients can successfully use Kinaxis after the solution goes live.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning.
- At least 6 months hands on Kinaxis configuration experience.
- Hands on experience implementing and configuring Kinaxis resources (e.g., workbooks, scheduled tasks, task flows, automations, alerts).
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes such as DP, MPS, DS, DRP, and demand/supply balancing.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Skilled in facilitating discussions, aligning stakeholders and managing expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.
- Willingness to travel globally.
- Ability to work in a hybrid working model.
