The iRobot Support Specialist will provide expert customer support for iRobot products to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. This remote role is based in Bulgaria and focuses on troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. Mercier Consultancy Group is supporting iRobot in delivering high-quality customer service.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly and effectively to Dutch-speaking customers’ inquiries regarding iRobot products.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support across multiple communication channels.
- Document all interactions and issues accurately in the CRM system.
- Work closely with product and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of iRobot products, software updates, and policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer support quality.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch
