Responsibilities
- Deliver mental health services to clients through video sessions.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the practice of mental health.
- Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance clinical skills.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to determine client needs.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions when appropriate.
- Ensure client confidentiality and privacy in all interactions.
- Document session notes and progress reports in a timely manner.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers when necessary.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families.
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings.
- Maintain a caseload that aligns with contractual obligations.
- Complete administrative tasks related to client care and documentation.
