Unlock is looking for an Investment Operations Analyst to own and execute the day-to-day operational processes that support our entire investment lifecycle. In this role, you’ll be a critical partner to Asset Management, Finance, Treasury, and Capital Markets, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of asset funding, settlement, and valuation.

What You'll Do

Process daily funding requests for assets, managing verification and coordinating with Treasury to release funds.
Monitor and validate all asset-related cash and transaction activity.
Run daily settlements for repaid assets and process settlements to investors.
Monitor processes for weekly valuations and notable credit changes across our portfolio.
Track and report on collateral custody status with our collateral agents.
Run finance operations for originations and secondary transactions, including trade ticketing, settlement, collateral review, and investor reporting.
Partner with developers to discuss proposals and implement new solutions that improve processes.
Maintain tools and dashboards used to streamline Investment Ops functions.
Provide feedback to senior developers to continuously iterate on and improve existing workflows.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional experience in a Finance Operations role or Middle Office position.
A high degree of proficiency and autonomy in Excel.
Passion and ability for self-automation using tools like Excel Macros, SQL, VBA, Python, or Tableau.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical, critical thinking skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in Finance, MBS, Real Estate, Lending, Trading, and/or Treasury.
Advanced experience with SQL or other technical tools.
Experience working in an Operations capacity on a Trading Floor, at an Asset Manager, or in a Treasury function.
