Elevate and Delegate is hiring an Investment Banking Associate to support deal execution across M&A and capital markets. In this remote-first, entrepreneurial firm, you will gain hands-on experience, leadership opportunities, and work in a collaborative culture that values work-life balance.
What You'll Do
- Conduct market research, including competitor analysis and industry research, using raw datasets to create insights.
- Lead financial modeling and valuation analyses, creating transaction structuring, working capital pegs, and LBO models from raw client data.
- Develop client-facing materials for M&A and capital markets transactions, including strategic presentations and confidential information memorandums.
- Work closely with senior team members and clients to execute transactions and assess strategic alternatives.
- Manage execution processes to ensure seamless transaction workflows and high-quality deliverables.
- Actively contribute to recruiting and firm-building initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years in investment banking or comparable experience in top-tier consulting or sell-side equity research with relevant transaction exposure.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and financial modeling, including LBO, 3-statement modeling, and detailed business plan forecasting.
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage effectively with senior professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
- Highly driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with a high degree of independence.
