Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Customer Care Agent to provide exceptional support to Eneco’s Dutch-speaking clients. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries regarding their energy services, ensuring accurate information and timely resolutions, all while working remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Engage with Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries related to Eneco's products and services.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions regarding energy accounts, billing, and service interruptions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and efficient service.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay updated on Eneco’s offerings and policies to provide accurate information.
- Participate in training and development sessions to continually improve customer service skills.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the energy sector or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software.
