Jefferies LLC is hiring an Investment Banking Analyst to support the Aerospace & Defense vertical within our Global Industrials Group. You will be instrumental in pitching and executing advisory and capital markets transactions for a diverse clientele of public and private companies across the U.S. and internationally.
What You'll Do
- Execute a variety of transactions including M&A, equity and debt financings, and restructurings.
- Prepare comprehensive pitch books and live deal materials, such as offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and prospectuses.
- Develop detailed financial and valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow, pro forma merger, precedent transaction, and comparable companies analyses.
- Analyze client business plans and actively participate in due diligence sessions.
- Build and nurture client relationships through dedicated deal execution and pitching efforts.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- A minimum of one year of direct Investment Banking experience.
- Financial modeling coursework, training, or demonstrated experience.
- Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and projects concurrently.
- Resourceful self-starter who thrives both autonomously and as a collaborative team player.
- Must live in Charlotte, North Carolina or be willing to relocate to the area.

You will join the Global Industrials Group, a team of approximately 100 professionals worldwide, focusing on the dynamic Aerospace & Defense sector.
