Cascadia Capital LLC is hiring a full-time Investment Banking Analyst to be an integral part of our deal teams. You'll gain unparalleled exposure to the fast-paced world of investment banking by building financial models, creating client materials, and analyzing industry trends as part of our close-knit team of client-focused professionals.
What You'll Do
- Build and refine financial models that support strategic decisions.
- Assist in preparing pitch books, client presentations, and confidential memorandums.
- Conduct deep dives into industry trends and competitive landscapes to guide client strategies.
- Work directly with senior bankers, contributing to live projects and transactions.
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and a collaborative attitude.
- Outstanding writing, research, and communication skills.
- Critical thinking ability to analyze complex data and distill insights.
- Leadership and initiative in academic, extracurricular, or work settings.
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
- Genuine interest in investment banking.
- Undergraduate students graduating in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.
- You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Nice to Have
- A solid understanding of finance or accounting.
- Strong GPA (3.5+ preferred).
