What You'll Do
In this role, you'll contribute to mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions across Latin America and the Caribbean. You'll develop financial models, analyze valuations, and help prepare client-facing materials such as presentations and investment memorandums.
You'll conduct in-depth market and industry research, support due diligence processes, and assist in managing data rooms. Working alongside senior team members, you'll coordinate with stakeholders and help move live deals forward, gaining direct exposure to cross-border transactions.
We expect proactive learning and steady development of core investment banking skills throughout your time in this position.
Requirements
- Academic training in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Current residence in Latin America
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or similar fields
- Knowledge of or interest in Latin America and Caribbean markets
- Sector interest in infrastructure, consumer, technology, financial services, or industrials
