As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting advisory mandates across mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic transactions. You'll work directly with senior team members to deliver insights and execution support for clients spanning infrastructure, consumer, financial services, TMT, and industrial sectors.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess valuation and transaction feasibility
- Prepare client-ready materials including presentations, information memorandums, and executive summaries
- Conduct in-depth research on industries, markets, and comparable companies
- Support due diligence processes, data room organization, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate across teams to advance active deals from initiation to close
- Take initiative in building core banking competencies through real-world experience
What We’re Looking For
You have a strong academic foundation in finance, economics, or a related field, with sharp analytical abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, and fluency in both Spanish and English is required. You’re based in Latin America and thrive in a remote-first setting that emphasizes accountability and collaboration.
Previous internship experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting is a plus, as is familiarity with Latin American and Caribbean markets. A genuine interest in understanding business dynamics across key sectors will help you succeed in this role.
