Lago is seeking an Inventory Optimization Analyst to act as a pivotal strategic resource. You will focus on the intersection of inventory, demand plans, and pricing within the Commercial Operations business unit, balancing these areas through exception reporting and scenario analysis.
What You'll Do
- Model inventory sell-through scenarios, focusing on variables for demand, supply, and price.
- Analyze financial measures related to scenario models, make recommendations to the VP Pricing, and report on actuals.
- Manage the intake process for temporary price change requests and provide feedback to requestors and stakeholders.
- Support pricing management for 100,000+ SKUs based on explicit rules logic, alerting and recommending updates as changes occur.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years experience within a high-volume e-commerce environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; strong aptitude with numbers and retail math.
- Understanding of scenario analysis and price elasticity modeling.
- Ability to make decisions with limited information and synthesize large quantities of data to drive business decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills: can concisely present complex information and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- System proficiency with a strong emphasis on Excel, DOMO, or similar BI tools.

- Preference for Business Intelligence or Operational roles that include analytical decision making.
