ALDO Group is looking for an Allocation Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Allocation Manager, you will ensure optimal inventory levels across all stores to maximize sales and profitability. You'll collaborate closely with Buying, Planning, and Sales & Operations teams.
What You'll Do
- Distribute new merchandise orders to a chain of stores following best business practices.
- Manage inventory to maintain optimal levels across all store locations.
- Prepare and analyze weekly performance reports and understand store-specific needs for different product categories.
- Support buying decisions related to product selection based on sales volume, location, capacity, and trends.
- Elaborate assortment plans and quantities for future seasons.
- Assess seasonal product performance by size and build size curves according to divisional requirements.
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports at the product and store level at season end and perform recalls where needed.
- Build strong relationships with buyers and the Sales & Operations team.
What We're Looking For
- College degree (A.E.C. or D.E.C.) in a related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Established Excel skills.
- Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
- A passion for retail fashion and current trends.
Nice to Have
- A minimum of 1 year of distribution experience.
