Blueground is looking for an Inventory Operations Specialist - Bluehouse to ensure the Seattle market is operationally prepared each evening. This is a fully on-site, hands-on role requiring physical work, van management, and after-hours operational support. You will be responsible for the afternoon and evening operational readiness of the market.
What You'll Do
- Pick and stage daily operational orders
- Unbox, stock, and restock supplies
- Monitor inventory levels and update Kanban systems
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory flow
- Assemble operational kits as needed
- Manage assigned parking spots for company vans
- Conduct daily van inspections, restocking, and cleaning
- Perform turnover inspections including photos, ratings, and compliance submissions
- Complete weekly van audits and spot-check inventory
- Record and report damage, maintaining accurate fleet status
- Maintain key cabinets and track key movement
- Coordinate key copying
- Ship keys for courier requests
- Provide lockout support when necessary
- Support laundry processing as needed
- Respond to urgent after-hours operational needs
- Ensure the market is fully operationally prepared each evening
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work a schedule of 5 days per week, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to manage van operations and provide after-hours operational support
- Capable of independent decision-making and ownership
Work Mode
This role requires a fully on-site presence in Seattle.
