Blueground is hiring an Inventory Operations Specialist to ensure the Boston market is operationally prepared each evening. At Blueground, we believe a reliable base opens up your world, and this hands-on role is central to delivering that experience for our residents.
What You'll Do
- Pick and stage daily operational orders.
- Unbox, stock, and restock supplies, monitoring inventory levels and updating Kanban systems.
- Manage the inbound and outbound flow of inventory and assemble operational kits as needed.
- Manage assigned parking spots for company vans.
- Conduct daily van inspections, restocking, and cleaning.
- Perform turnover inspections, including photos, ratings, and compliance submissions.
- Complete weekly van audits and spot-check inventory.
- Record and report damage to maintain an accurate fleet status.
- Maintain key cabinets, track key movement, and coordinate key copying.
- Ship keys for courier requests and provide lockout support when necessary.
- Support laundry processing as needed.
- Respond to urgent after-hours operational needs.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work fully on-site in a hands-on capacity.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to manage van operations and provide after-hours support.
- Capability for independent decision-making and ownership of tasks.
- Must be available to work 5 days per week, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

This is a fully on-site role in Boston, MA.
