Remote Talent Cloud is seeking a Call Center Sales Representative to play a key role in driving revenue by connecting customers with products and services that meet their needs.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound and/or handle inbound sales calls with potential and existing customers.
- Present products and services clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Address customer questions and objections to close sales effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and sales strategies.
