Stellantis is looking for an Inventory Consignment Analyst to manage our remanufacturing core programs and ensure the health of our consignment inventory. This role is central to supporting cross-functional operations by coordinating financial processes, enabling supplier readiness, and maintaining policy compliance.
What You'll Do
- Administer and approve CITS (Core Inventory Tracking System) transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Execute daily cost-part approvals, material setups, and transactional validations to support core program integrity.
- Perform ongoing reconciliations and reporting of aged variances, OE (Original Equipment) deposits, and other core-related financial metrics.
- Maintain procedural inventory policies and ensure SOX compliance.
- Provide operational support to remanufacturing suppliers, resolving issues related to EDI, cycle count discrepancies, and CITS activities.
- Conduct supplier audits, access reviews, and compliance checks to ensure performance alignment.
- Facilitate supplier readiness and operational alignment for PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) launches.
- Oversee a large set of consignment locations to ensure inventory accuracy through monitoring, discrepancy management, and compliance reporting.
- Lead periodic Excess & Obsolete (E&O) and scrap analyses, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Generate and manage monthly REQ (requisition) creation to support operational requirements.
- Develop and maintain analytical reports using CITS, Cognos, Excel, Access, and other data systems.
- Prepare insights, dashboards, and operational summaries to support leadership decision-making.
