Responsibilities
- Manage the setup, rollout, and ongoing improvement of Microsoft Intune on all company devices
- Maintain expertise in automated software updates and oversee patch deployment using current technologies
- Support and resolve issues with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) to ensure reliable identity and access controls
- Create and enforce policies that ensure endpoint devices meet security and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with IT leadership to evolve endpoint management strategies as the organization grows
- Continuously monitor systems to identify, address, and resolve device performance, health, or security concerns
- Develop and keep current documentation, standard operating procedures, and automated processes to improve reliability and efficiency
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving escalated device issues and providing user support
