HERA Organics is seeking an intern for a 6-12 month paid internship focused on AI & Automation Architecture. In this remote role, you will learn to support the design and implementation of automation solutions and AI models within a startup environment, gaining hands-on operational experience.

What You'll Do

Learn to support partners in creating and refining Automation & AI strategies under supervision
Gain operational experience implementing AI models in business processes
Shadow leadership team meetings to understand strategic decision-making
Build foundational business and technical skills with partners and the team
Experience the fast-paced nature of a startup while contributing to product-market fit

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Computer Science degree or degree in a related field
Strong interest in AI applications and prompt engineering
Eager to learn and passionate about using technology to solve real problems
Good communication skills with desire to develop client-facing abilities
Must have a valid work permit for EU, UK, or US

Nice to Have

Has attempted or shown interest in no-code/low-code automation tools like Zapier, Bardeen, Clay, n8n, or Zep

Team & Environment

You will join a team of 1-10 employees, working alongside the architect, sales, and founding team, with direct reporting to the founding team.
