Tietoevry is seeking an intern to join our TelCo Microservices Development program. You'll maintain and enhance microservices for telecom applications, deploying services in a Kubernetes environment while participating in Agile workflows. This is a chance to gain hands-on experience with real-world technologies in a collaborative, international team.

What You'll Do

Maintain and enhance microservices written primarily in C/C++, with occasional use of Python and Go.
Deploy services in a Kubernetes environment using Helm, Docker, and internal tools.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to a robust CI/CD pipeline powered by Jenkins, with automated tests in Java.
Collaborate in Agile workflows with 2-week sprints, using Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation.
Engage in team meetings conducted in English.
Explore and leverage AI technologies and tools (e.g., AWS-Q).
Use Git/Gerrit for version control.

What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in an IT-related degree program.
Familiarity with C/C++ programming.
Basic understanding of containerization and Kubernetes concepts.
Ability to work in an Agile team environment.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Nice to Have

Exposure to Python or Java.
Interest in network protocols (SCTP, SS7) and microservice architecture.
