Moeve (formerly Cepsa) is seeking an intern to join our Operational Excellence, HSE & Sustainability team. This role offers a practical introduction to how continuous improvement principles directly drive sustainability and safety outcomes within a large, dynamic organization. You will be part of the Welcome U Internship Program, collaborating on key initiatives that integrate efficiency and sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate in the collection of information and documentation of key initiatives, tracking department KPIs.
- Support process mapping (AS-IS) by creating flowcharts and responsibility matrices.
- Assist in designing future processes (TO-BE) and updating roadmaps, project statuses, and follow-up materials.
- Provide support in process standardization, helping to keep manuals, procedures, and templates updated and accessible.
- Collaborate in preparing basic reports and initial data visualizations for team decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- Current student in a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Organization, or similar), Business Administration, or Economics.
- Have at least 120 approved credits, with active university enrollment and a practice agreement.
- This is a curricular or extracurricular internship position.
- Analytical profile, detail-oriented, and with a strong collaborative attitude.
