Moeve, formerly Cepsa, is looking for an Intern – Operational Excellence, HSE & Sustainability. This role is designed for a student eager to learn continuous improvement methodologies while supporting the transformation and standardization of business processes with a focus on operational excellence, health and safety, and sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate in gathering information and documentation for key initiatives and assist in tracking department KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support process mapping (AS-IS) activities by preparing detailed flowcharts and responsibility matrices to visualize current workflows.
- Contribute to designing future state processes (TO-BE) and maintaining updated roadmaps, project status reports, and follow-up materials.
- Assist in standardizing processes by helping maintain updated manuals, procedures, and templates.
- Participate in the initial preparation of reports and data visualizations to aid the team in monitoring performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Student enrolled in an undergraduate or master's program in Engineering (Industrial, Organizational or related fields), Business Administration (ADE), or Economics.
- Must have completed at least 120 academic credits.
- Must have active enrollment at a university that has an internship agreement with the company.
- Eligible candidates can pursue either curricular or extracurricular internships.
- Analytical profile with strong attention to detail and a highly collaborative attitude.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to manage data and create presentations.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge or keen interest in process mapping, including creating flowcharts and RASCI responsibility matrices.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Strong motivation to learn continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma, as well as corporate systems including SAP, Allegro, and IMOS.
