BMW Group is seeking an Internship/Junior Project Manager to support the development and optimization of the Rent a Ride BMW Motorrad short-term motorcycle rental service across metropolitan France. You will work closely with the Special and Corporate Sales Manager, playing a key role in animating the dealer network and driving service performance.
What You'll Do
- Animate and support the dealer network on the Rent A Ride service.
- Conduct performance assessments to create personalized action plans for dealerships.
- Hold regular meetings with dealership teams, including required travel.
- Create, distribute, and manage communications via newsletters and webinars.
- Identify, document, and share best practices across the network.
- Monitor and report on key objectives and KPIs.
- Provide technical support and training on rental tools and platforms.
- Create and update tutorials and support documentation.
- Collaborate with IT support and parent company teams on platform development.
- Develop and adapt marketing and communication content with the Motorrad communication and marketing departments.
- Build, optimize, and present detailed weekly and monthly reporting dashboards.
- Coordinate the French market strategy with headquarters in Munich.
- Participate in cross-functional projects with Sales, Events, and other departments.

- Seeking an apprenticeship or a comprehensive, professionalizing internship.
- Strong interest in B2B commercial relationships.
- Ready to rely on rigor, organization, and a strong desire to learn.
- Willingness to go beyond core tasks and take on broader, enriching assignments.
- Strong sense of interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and customer service.
- Perfect command of IT tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English for regular exchanges with the parent company.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based at BMW FRANCE in Montigny le Bretonneux. Flexibility in hours is offered, with the possibility of up to 6 days of remote work per month.
