METRO/MAKRO is looking for an Intern in Talent Development (m/f/d) for a 6-month period starting 15.04.2026. You will become an integral part of our team and actively contribute to the organization and administration of our national training program for employees.
What You'll Do
- Support the conception and organization of leadership, sales, and product training.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of e-learning content.
- Maintain the learning management system after receiving training on it.
- Support training operations and the digitalization of our offerings – from conception to implementation.
- Take responsibility within projects.
- Accompany training and change projects, such as supporting individual wholesale markets in a training context.
- Moderate and coordinate online workshops.
- Plan and organize live online and in-person workshops.
What We're Looking For
- Current enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Psychology, or a comparable field.
Nice to Have
- First experiences in the HR area.
- Proficiency with MS-Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
- Strong organizational talent, independence, and a sense of responsibility and duty.
