In this hands-on role based in Rastatt, you'll work directly with project managers to enhance operational processes and explore the potential of AI.

What You'll Do

Identify and analyze optimization opportunities within the department and ongoing projects.
Support project managers in day-to-day operational activities.
Develop and implement department-specific guidelines to standardize processes, methods, and tools.
Continuously examine potentials for workflow simplification using AI.
Ensure new developments and improvements lead to more efficient execution of project management tasks.

What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering or a comparable field.
Experience in Project Management and initial hands-on experience with AI applications.
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and Teams.
A systematic, goal-oriented, and independent way of working.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, commitment, and patience.
Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
