Join MAN Truck & Bus Vertrieb Österreich GesmbH for a 6-month internship in Customer Service Management at our Vienna location, starting July 1, 2026. You will support the Austrian market by assisting our Customer Service Management team with innovative service concepts and contract administration.
What You'll Do
- Independently process orders and support service projects
- Assist the Customer Service Management team with contracts and service concepts for workshops across Austria
- Process service contracts for trucks, buses, and vans
- Handle administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
- Support attractive marketing measures for the service area
- Develop innovative ideas to improve communication with customers
What We're Looking For
- Ongoing university of applied sciences (Fachhochschule) studies with an economic background
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- A hands-on mentality
- You approach challenges with commitment and motivation
Nice to Have
- SAP knowledge is an advantage

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation of EUR 1,625 per month according to the collective agreement (KV)
