Responsibilities
- Participate in defining our social media strategy, tone of voice, and narrative angles across all platforms.
- Conceive and produce high-impact visuals, videos, and copy. You’ll help with ideation and even coordinate shoots when needed.
- Plan editorial calendars, engage with our community, and help bridge the gap between organic content and sponsored ads.
- Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion), analyze results, and bring a 'creative strategist' lens to improve our Meta ads and overall performance.
- Ensure our message is cohesive across all touchpoints, from our website to CRM and paid campaigns.
Requirements
- You have a dual-brain approach—high creative sensitivity combined with an analytical mindset.
- You understand brand culture and how to craft a compelling narrative.
- You master native video formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and know what makes people stop scrolling.
- You are comfortable with creation tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or Figma.
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and learn quickly.
- You have a perfect command of French and are fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- You have a sensitivity for performance marketing and paid media (Ads).
