Lyra Health is looking for an International Senior EAP Case Manager to join our Clinical Operations team, providing expert support for complex employee assistance cases across our international client base.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex and high-risk international EAP cases
- Provide clinical consultation and support
- Coordinate care and resources across global locations
- Maintain detailed case documentation and follow clinical protocols
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery
What We're Looking For
- Active clinical licensure in good standing
- 5+ years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Significant experience in EAP, case management, or similar clinical coordination roles
- Proven ability to handle complex, high-acuity cases
- Strong understanding of international mental health resources and systems
- Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from your home office anywhere within approved regions.
