Glow25, a dynamic and fast-growing beauty company, is looking for an International Marketplace Manager (all genders). In this role, you will manage and expand our new and existing online marketplaces internationally, overseeing activities on platforms like Amazon, Bol.com, and Shop-Apotheke to drive growth in regions including Benelux, France, and Italy.
What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of revenue targets and ad spend efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective advertising strategies to maximize sales performance.
- Manage daily campaign budgets and optimize advertising performance to achieve defined KPIs and ROAS targets.
- Liaise with external agencies and platform account managers to drive performance.
- Ensure top-notch account management and inventory oversight, regularly reporting on market performance.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration and launch of new marketplaces.
- Monitor the market and competition to quickly respond to new trends.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
- Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns.
- At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace management.
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and Google Workspace.
Nice to Have
- Speak another language such as German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, or Polish.
- Experience with marketplace tools such as Helium10, Keepa, Sellerboard, or Adference.
