Responsibilities
- Create precise and engaging job postings for a range of positions.
- Publish job opportunities across online job platforms, social networks, and internal systems.
- Source and attract suitable candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Evaluate incoming applications, perform initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications and role alignment.
- Lead structured preliminary interviews, gauge technical abilities and cultural compatibility, and share insights with hiring leads.
- Ensure consistent and prompt communication with applicants during all recruitment stages.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and manage logistical details.
- Keep candidate information current and accurate in applicant tracking software or internal databases.
- Promote a positive image of the organization to applicants and contribute to efforts that strengthen employer reputation.
