RemoteVA PH is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Recruiter (RVA) to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a talent for identifying top talent from initial contact to feedback.
What You'll Do
- Draft clear, compelling, and accurate job descriptions for various roles.
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
- Utilize multiple channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates.
- Conduct structured initial interviews and assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers.
- Maintain timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist with recruitment logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems or internal databases.
- Represent the company positively to candidates and support employer brand initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and interviewing best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Ability to assess both technical and cultural fit.
