Onebrief is looking for an Internal Events Manager to create memorable experiences for our team. You will own events from concept to completion, ensuring they reflect our company culture and exude a dynamic, startup energy.
What You'll Do
- Plan, produce, and execute internal events including company-wide meetings, team offsites, board meetings, and ad-hoc events.
- Partner closely with Leadership to create and deliver a world-class experience.
- Own all aspects of events — from venue sourcing, vendor identification and negotiations, catering, AV, lodging, travel, budgets, communications, and everything in between.
- Measure event success through feedback and data to continuously improve future experiences.
- Cross functional team collaboration to meet goals of each event. Partner closely with the broader marketing team to build a quality brand experience.
- Manage internal communications in the lead up to and throughout the event for operational success and internal clarity.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience organizing, managing, and producing events in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with experience working across multiple events simultaneously.
- Extensive experience with vendor negotiations and management.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information concisely.
- A creative, "outside the box" mindset and passion for creating and delivering exceptional experiences.
