Autodesk Inc. is looking for a Software Developer Intern to join the Consumption Platform organization. In this role, you will drive projects end-to-end, solve unique challenges, and gain experience developing robust, large-scale distributed systems that impact the company's top-line revenue.
What You'll Do
- Manage your project end-to-end, including designing, developing, testing, releasing, and monitoring software solutions
- Partner with various cross-functional teams to solve critical problems across the organization while working in a scrum team environment
- Take technical ownership of your code and ensure quality through unit, integration, and load testing
- Gain exposure to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform
- Document processes, designs, test results, and analysis
What We're Looking For
- Current enrollment in a full-time, degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date of 2027 or later
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals with proficiency in Java, Python, or Shell script
- Solid understanding of software engineering concepts and methodologies
Nice to Have
- Prior software engineering experience from internships, hackathons, or related projects
- Previous experience with Kafka and Agentic AI programming
- Knowledge of Event-driven Architecture
