Crocs, Inc. is looking for an Intern - Product Development to play a hands-on role in building our physical libraries for product materials and R&D projects. You will help tie the physical library to our electronic database in Centric, ensuring alignment between physical assets and their digital representation. This internship is designed for early‑career candidates who are curious, detail‑oriented, and excited to learn how great products are built.
What You'll Do
- Support the Product Development team in bringing footwear concepts through the development process, from early samples to final production readiness.
- Assist with tracking samples, updates, and feedback across multiple development stages.
- Learn about footwear construction, materials, tooling, and fit through hands‑on exposure and mentorship.
- Help maintain organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in product development documentation and systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners, including Design, Product Line Management, Materials, and Manufacturing.

- Recent graduate (2026)
- Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
- Must be open to relocating to the Broomfield, CO area upon graduation for consideration for full-time in office positions.
