DexCom Inc is hiring an Intern I - Manufacturing Software Systems Engineering for a 12-week U.S. summer internship in 2026. In this role within the Information Technology department, you’ll contribute to the development and validation of software applications that connect manufacturing equipment to regulated enterprise systems, directly impacting product quality and compliance. What You'll Do
- Support development and testing of software applications for automated manufacturing.
- Assist with analyzing and validating software requirements for compliance and functionality.
- Contribute to test automation using Python and LabVIEW.
- Document results and follow established procedures with strong attention to detail.
- Work independently while collaborating closely with engineers and system owners.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma, certificate, or equivalent.
- Current enrollment as a student at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
- An expected graduation date of December 2026 or later.
- Experience with Python and LabVIEW or other programming languages.
- Ability to analyze and interpret software and system requirements.
- A positive attitude, strong curiosity, and proactive learning mindset.
- Problem-solving skills with good judgment on when to seek guidance.

- Understanding of SQL databases or an interest in learning more.
