Medtronic is looking for an Intern Graduate: Marketing in Cardiac Rhythm Management to join our marketing team. You will support launch activities, customer engagement, and a wide range of operational tasks that drive our mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.
What You'll Do
- Support product and campaign launches, including logistical planning for events.
- Create promotional and educational materials and manage event and clinical session participation.
- Coordinate meeting agendas, document preparation, and post-meeting minutes and follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM and other tools, update databases, and handle administrative documentation.
- Collaborate on internal communications like newsletters and surveys.
- Assist in planning and executing annual marketing plans and campaigns.
- Provide on-site support at national congresses and meetings.
- Manage inventory control, logistical support for materials, and invoice and budget tracking.
- Archive project documentation and prepare departmental activity reports.
- Support contract supervision and develop internal administrative processes.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree as a minimum requirement.
- A high level of English proficiency (C1 in reading, writing, and conversation).
- High proficiency with the Office package.
- Proactivity, curiosity, dynamism, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and work within a team.
- A strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
